Meal plans are custom designed based on your individual needs, goals, allergies, likes and dislikes, height, weight, age, gender, and activity level. Custom meal plans are delivered via a Google doc. All meal plans include a grocery list of all the food you'll need for the week plus it lists all ingredients for every meal by weight. You'll also get total calories and macros per day.
Weight training plans are custom designed based on your individual needs, goals, and injuries along with where you are able to work out, how often, and for how long. Custom exercise plans are delivered via a Google doc. All exercises have a hyperlink to a tutorial video on how to do the exercise. Plans are designed to complete a full-body workout in a week.
