My Top 9 Pieces Of Advice

It’s hard to rank the things that matter most if you want results. But near the top has to be consistency.

Consistency over time creates results. Results generate confidence. And confidence builds motivation that keeps the cycle going. It’s a waist of time, energy, and money if you aren’t consistent. Once health and fitness are consistent priorities, those other distractions become inconveniences.

We all live different lives with different demands and different responsibilities. Don’t let anyone tell you what needs to be “the” top priority in your life. I’m just hear to let you know that making health and fitness “a” top priority can make so many other things in your life that much more enjoyable.
